Culinary Fight Club: Blended Burger Battle

Our North Downtown location is hosting a tapping of Culinary Fight Club on Tuesday, April 2 at 6 p.m. 

Culinary Fight Club is in search of the Perfect Blended Patty and having chefs using local resources to create the better burger. There will be a few twists this year, but you can be sure that Judges are seeking the 25% Mushroom Blend in that patty and put together with the perfect accouterments to create the perfect bite for Judges and Taster's votes!

Our Executive Chef of Plank Seafood and Provisions, Seth Jonas, and Corporate Chef, Chris Akers, are participating  in the challenge. 

Tickets are required. Ticket includes, a free Samuel Adams beer, appetizer buffet, sampling all chefs' creations and voting rights.
