A New Brew: Odell Flagship Mosaic Hop Shop APA

We did it again. Flagship Restaurant Group and Odell Brewing Co. got together and another beer was born.

This is our second collaboration with Odell, and we're calling it Mosaic Hop Shop APA. Brewed with Mosaic hops, you can expect a medium-bodied beer with smooth and complex flavors of lemon and grapefruit, hints of mango and passion fruit and touch of coconut and pineapple. Think tr-hop-ical paradise, with a beautiful pine hue.

In 2015 we debuted our first collaboration, Odell Flagship Blood Orange Saison, a full-flavored saison with hints of clove and banana, balanced by a slight citrus tang and scent of orange zest. This year, we hopped into a new brew so we could share our take on an American Pale Ale.

The Odell Flagship Mosaic Hop Shop APA will be available on draft for a limited time, starting July 12, 2016, at any Flagship Restaurant Group restaurant.
